What you should know about your visitation services

At Visits, Inc., we are confident that we employ the most professional Supervisors, generate the most thorough, prompt Observation Reports, and offer the most competitive prices.   Below is a list of questions for you to consider before deciding on a supervised visitation service.

  • What is the educational background and work history of each Supervisor?
  • Are all Supervisors submitted to background checks as a condition of employment?
  • Is the service committed to assigning one or two Supervisors to your family, so your child can get to know them, and not be exposed to a new person each time they visit?
  • Does the service offer security on high-risk cases? Are they off-duty police officers?
  • Does the service write Observation Reports after each visit?
  • How quickly will you or your attorney receive copies of the Observation Reports?
  • What if you need someone from the service to testify in court? Is the individual professional? Will she make a good impression? Has she been qualified as an expert witness?
  • Is the service committed to being a neutral party, or will opinions find their way into Observation Reports or court testimony?
  • Does the service have a reputation for being a professional, neutral party?
